SAGE and Pennrose are exploring the possibility of creating LGBTQ+ affirming, affordable rental housing for older adults in Baltimore. This town hall event will provide an opportunity for the community to hear about this development and to meet the community partners involved in this project. Additionally, attendees will be able to provide feedback and raise questions or concerns about the project to staff. This will be the first of multiple town halls for this project. Our hope is that this development will meet the needs of LGBTQ+ older adults in Baltimore; we need your help to make this project a success!

There will be two town hall options for you to attend; please select the option that best fits your schedule and needs. There will be one in-person town hall on Wednesday, May 1st, from 1pm to 2:30pm. The second town hall will be a virtual option on Friday, May 3rd, from 2pm to 3:30 pm. The in-person town hall will be held at Freestate Justice’s office building, located at 2601 N Howard St. Please do not attend the in-person town hall if you are showing any symptoms of COVID-19 or if you have been exposed to COVID-19 in the last 7 days. We encourage participants to wear masks at the event and will have masks available for those that need them.

The virtual town hall will be held on Zoom, and it will be recorded for those that cannot attend.
