 LGBT Senior Summit in Albany April 28
Calling all lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender Seniors, families and friends. Join together on Monday, April 28th in Albany for a special LGBT Senior Summit hosted by the New York State Office for Aging and the Family Caregiving Council.ﾠ Your State Commissioner wants to hear from you about your hopes and concerns about growing older, caring for your friends and family, and staying independent.ﾠ Then stay overnight to join over 1,000 LGBT New Yorkers for Equality and Justice Day Meet with your elected officials and let your voice be heard.ﾠ The fee is $30 and includes hotel (participants will be required to share a hotel room), bus trip, lunch on both days and registration for the Senior Summit and Equality and Justice Day.ﾠ ﾠ To register, call Ryan McNamara at 212 741 2247 or e-mail him at rmcnamara@sageusa.org |
