A special SAGE Women's Programming series.
SAGE has announced its second offering of the SHE (Strong. Healthy. Energized) fitness program, which is a holistic series of 12 sessions that include exercises, nutritional and cooking information as well as discussions. The goal is to help participants (overweight lesbians and bisexual women over 60) approach fitness and weight issues in a comfortable, fun atmosphere. This FREE program will meet weekly on Wednesdays (2 to 3:30 pm), beginning April 2nd. Please contact Felicia Sobel prior to the program beginning to receive more information and/or sign-up.
