What’s your story? We all have one, whether we believe it or not. Come to this workshop to learn more about how to craft a story from your life experience. Expert storytelling instructors will guide participants in identifying key moments in their lives, and demonstrate some techniques to refine those moments into a story participants can share with friends, colleagues and more. Participants will leave the workshop knowing the basics of oral storytelling. This workshop is also an introduction to The Moth’s 4-week workshop that will take place at The SAGE Center in June; if you’re interested in learning more about that workshop, or if you’re interested in storytelling but not sure The Moth is for you, come to this session. Space for this workshop is limited; register at sageusa.org/sagestory.
