

The LGBT community has long faced challenges in accessing public services. Healthcare is no exception. Research indicates that Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) individuals may receive healthcare services that do not address their specific medical needs and may encounter barriers that prevent them from receiving or seeking care at all. This report addresses these shortcomings and issues recommendations.
