Zak is spearheading the launch of a new identity for Technology at Wells Fargo. The goal of which is to increase engagement internally while focusing on attracting the best technology talent in the market. Zak has championed LGBTQ+ issues for over 20 years and has held various Business Resource Group Leadership roles at Pfizer and Bank of America. At Wells Fargo, he is currently engaged with the NY LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group and assists with projects enterprise wide. Zak continues to be an advocate for hiring the best LGBTQ+ talent and engages with several diverse recruiting events for the firm. Zak serves on the Board of Directors for Services and Advocacy for Gay Elders (SAGE), Theatre Development Fund (TDF) and Garden State Equality (GSE). He is also an appointed member responsible for communications on the Shia Ismaili Muslim Council for the Northeastern US.
