This year’s event will be hosted by the incomparable Nina West, best known from RuPaul’s Drag Race, and will highlight the resilience and vibrancy of LGBTQ+ elders from across the country. The evening will also celebrate the contributions of community partners and activists who are making a lasting impact on the lives of older LGBTQ+ people.

The SAGE Awards & Gala will honor the legendary singer, composer, and transgender activist Beverly Glenn-Copeland with the Joyce WarshowLifetime Achievement Award. Throughout a 50-year recording career, Glenn-Copeland’s music transcends categorization, fusing vision, technology, spirituality, and a deep sense of place into an influential and unique body of work.
