SAGE Welcomes New Board Members Kelly Hamilton, LuAnn Boylan, and Willard McCloud III


[New York, NY] SAGE, the world’s largest and oldest organization dedicated to improving the lives of LGBTQ+ elders, is pleased to announce the addition of three new members to its national Board of Directors: Kelly Hamilton, LuAnn Boylan, and Willard McCloud III.

Hamilton, Boylan, and McCloud III bring a passion for advocating for the LGBTQ+ community that’s enhanced by professional expertise in areas such as marketing, consulting, and DEI.

“We are thrilled to have Kelly Hamilton, LuAnn Boylan, and Willard McCloud III join SAGE’s Board of Directors,” said SAGE CEO Michael Adams. “We are so grateful to have such a well-rounded and accomplished Board to guide SAGE’s future.”

Kelly Hamilton, Ph.D., based in St. Louis, MO, is a management consultant and organizational psychologist at CMA Global. This firm partners with companies in all industries to help improve individual and organizational performance through executive coaching, succession planning, assessment, and team building.

Kelly has been active in LGBTQ+ advocacy work throughout his career. He served on the board of PROMO, Missouri’s statewide organization advocating for LGBTQ+ equality, for eight years. For three of these years, he served as Board President. He also served on the founding steering committee for Washington University in St. Louis’ LGBTQ+ alumni organization.

“I am honored to be a part of the SAGE Board and join an incredible group of people dedicated to helping LGBTQ+ older adults thrive,” Hamilton says. “I look forward to working alongside my fellow board members to help SAGE continue to grow its advocacy and services.”

LuAnn Boylan, based in Palm Springs and Los Angeles, CA, is the President and CEO of Orange Marketing Network LLC and Advised Giving. Orange Marketing Network LLC is a firm specializing in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies. Advised Giving is a consulting firm working with foundations and high-net-worth individuals to improve the impact and quality of their giving. LuAnn is also the Director of Marketing and Leasing at Living Out Palm Springs, a 122-unit LGBTQ+ luxury retirement community.

As an active member of the LGBTQ+ community, LuAnn has served on the Los Angeles LGBTQ+ Center’s Board of Directors for 31 years, fulfilling multiple terms as the Board’s Co-Chair. She serves as a Director of the Anita May Rosenstein Foundation and is also Board Chair of the LACER Afterschool Programs in Los Angeles.

“I’m eager to join the SAGE Board and bring my talents to a group dedicated to improving the lives of LGBTQ+ elders,” said Boylan.

Willard McCloud III, who lives in New Orleans, LA, is an executive with Zimmer Biomet responsible for developing and executing the company’s global, enterprise-wide strategies for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG).

Willard is a member of the Executive Leadership Council and sits on the Business Advisory Council for the Human Rights Campaign. Willard is a former Luce Scholar who has lived in Asia and Europe, and he has worked on six of seven continents.

“I’m honored to bring my expertise to SAGE,” said McCloud III. “Together, we can make a better world for the LGBTQ+ community.”
