SAGECollab Circles
Non-profit groups and organizations that serve or advocate with LGBTQ+ elders will benefit from becoming a part of SAGECollab. Together, we exchange ideas, explore public policy changes, and inspire each other to better support and empower LGBTQ+ elders everywhere. Our SAGECollab Circles provide members with meetings, webinars, chances to interact and learn from national experts and their peers, and much more.
Advocacy Circle
Join us for the Advocacy Circle, a quarterly virtual meeting designed for professionals interested in advancing policy and advocacy for LGBTQ+ older adults. This collaborative space provides an opportunity to learn and share innovative tactics, successful strategies, and best practices in the field. Participants will engage in dynamic presentations, network with peers, and explore solutions to the unique challenges faced by LGBTQ+ Older Adults. Together, we can amplify our impact and drive meaningful change for LGBTQ+ older adults
Affinity Engagement Circle
The quarterly Affinity Circle is a quarterly supportive networking space specifically designed for transgender and gender non-binary (TGNB), Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), and rural-serving practitioners and leaders who are dedicated to supporting LGBTQ+ older adults. Participants will engage in meaningful discussions, share resources, and collaborate on best practices to address the unique challenges diverse leaders experience while engaging in this work. By fostering a sense of belonging, each of the three affinity groups aims to empower practitioners to enhance their networks while advocating for inclusive services. Together, we strive to create a more equitable and compassionate environment for LGBTQ+ older adults across diverse settings.
Services Circle
A learning and networking opportunity for organizations that currently provide or are interested in beginning to develop programs, events and direct services for LGBTQ+ elders and older people living with HIV. Join the Services Circle and network with your peers and learn more best practices in the provision of services and programs for this community.
Networking and special presentations occur on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 3:30 pm ET. To join the Services Circle, you will need to submit an application to be a SAGECollab partner.
