Resources for Older LGBTQ+ People and Those Who Care for Them

 In: Announcements

SAGE is the world’s largest and oldest organization dedicated to improving the lives of older lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning (LGBTQ+) people. SAGE leads in addressing issues related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning and other self-identifying members of the community (LGBTQ+) aging. In partnership with its constituents and allies, SAGE works to achieve a high quality of life for LGBTQ+ older people, supports and advocates for their rights, fosters a greater understanding of aging in all communities, and promotes positive images of LGBTQ+ life in later years.

SAGE’s website hosts a wealth of resources for members of the LGBTQ+ community. We encourage people to look through the site, sign-up for our mailing list, and check out the wealth of information available at http://sageusa.org.

If you’re looking for a friendly safe and inclusive space to text with a real person when you’re feeling lonely, stressed, anxious or just need someone to talk with about your day, visit SAGE x HearMe, our free texting app.
